Pasay project starts move-in for residents
Fairway Terraces, DMCI Homes’ residential condominium development in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, has started the move-in process for unit owners after construction works of the project along South Luzon Expressway wrapped up in February.
The 19-story resort-inspired development began welcoming its first batch of residents in early February, just in time for its target occupancy schedule.
Among the first to move in are property investors Henry and Marilou Martinez who purchased a twobedroom unit to add to their growing DMCI Homes condo investment portfolio.
Seeing their unit for the first time, Henry is glad that it exceeded expectations.
“We have two units in Ohana Place in Las Piñas which we really like. But when we saw Fairway, we were impressed,” he said recalling the first time they got to see the resort-inspired development where 60 percent of the 5,000-sqm land area was allotted to green spaces and resort-inspired amenities.
Amenities include a Sky Lounge, lap pool, kiddie pool, garden area, fitness gym, lounge area, kids’ playground, game area, audio-visual room, and sky garden to give residents a resort-inspired living experience.
Marilou, for her part, commended the Balinese architecture-themed structure’s atrium gardens and singleloaded corridors which made the hallways airy and created an open feel to the building interior.
“What we like about DMCI Homes projects are the single-loaded hallways. Its projects are not cramped unlike a typical condo building,” she said of the design features which are components of Lumiventt Design Technology.
