DMCI sets early turnover of mid-rise condo in Bacoor

- Darma building

Alea Residences, DMCI Homes’ mid-rise condominium development in Bacoor City, Cavite is on track for completion by the first quarter of 2020 following the early turnover of its first building early this year.

Its first building, Darma, concluded construction in January, four months ahead of the May 2019 target occupancy schedule.

Aside from Darma, also up for turnover this year are the buildings Surya in April and Raja in September.

The last building, Budi, on the other hand, is targeted for occupancy in February 2020.

Launched in 2016, Alea Residences is the only mid-rise condominium development nestled in Las Piñas-Talaba Diversion Road at Barangay Zapote 3.

It is located near major roads such as the Alabang-Zapote Road, Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, and Cavitex to give families and professionals the privilege of enjoying the laidback vibe of the South and the convenience of residing close to Metro Manila.

Having only four buildings — each six to seven residential storeys high — the 1.5-hectare condo development offers intimate living spaces where one can relish work, leisure, and comfort in a breeze.

Featuring a distinctive Balinese architecture, its design features Asian tradition, tropical accents and natureinspired amenities.

Lush greeneries and garden scenery decorate the spacious ground floor of every building while indoor amenities let residents bask in the comfort of living in a private and modern home.

Darma, for one, especially features a host of indoor amenities that include a lounge, game area, fitness gym and audio-visual room.

Meanwhile, an elevated terraced garden serves as the gateway towards the outdoor, where the swimming pools, play area, activity lawn, barbeque and picnic areas are located.
