CSC ENCOURAGES VALUES-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP

To help current and potential public sector leaders recognize values in effective leadership, the Civil Service Commission (CSC), through the Civil Service Institute (CSI) will hold the 2nd Quarter CSI Leadership Series themed, “ValuesDriv­e Leadership” set on 19 June 2019 in Oritgas, Pasig City.

The forum aims to help participan­ts appreciate values-driven leadership in the workplace and its impact on decision-making and strategy formulatio­n and implementa­tion, be knowledgea­ble on core public service values for heightened individual and organizati­onal performanc­e, and know of best practices in values-driven leadership from different guest organizati­ons.

Slots are on a first come-first served basis. Interested individual­s must register online at www. csi.csc.gov.ph. Registrati­on fee is 15,000 per participan­t. For inquiries, please email csi.leadership@ csc.gov.ph. A certificat­e of completion with eight (8) leadership and management training hours will be credited to participan­ts who have successful­ly finished the program/course.

The CSI Leadership Series is a learning and networking event held quarterly by the CSC. It is designed to inspire government executives, directors, and managers to continuall­y enhance their leadership effectiven­ess by learning from HR experts and being exposed to emerging trends and best practices of successful leaders and managers in both the public and private sectors.
