Developer rolls out various projects in Manila, Cavite

-

Driven by its vision of reimagining the country and commitment to nation building, real estate developer Federal Land, through its master brand, Horizon Land, is fast-tracking its developments in Pasay, Manila, and Cavite to fulfil the demand for quality homes in these emerging areas.

In the Bay Area, Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, Horizon Land continues the construction of Palm Beach West, a four-tower resortinspired residential community. Early this year, the development marked the concrete pouring ceremony for the fourth tower, Baler.

Palm Beach West is located within Federal Land’s 40-hectare mixed-use development,

The Metro Park, which is home to resort-style condominiums, commercial buildings, as well as lifestyle centers for shopping, dining and recreation.

Matching the tropical vibe of its location, Palm Beach West features a warm and relaxed design, and family-friendly amenities and facilities. Its four 18storey towers are nestled on a 7,937sqm parcel of land, housing a total of 912 units.

Baler will have 236 units comprised of studio, one- to three-bedroom variations. The community is integrated via a podium and basement designed to give residents access to the commercial establishments at the ground level. It is set for completion in 2022.

In Manila, the developer is set to complete its eight-tower condominium situated in a 2.1-hectare land in Paco, Manila – Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes. A ceremony was held recently to mark the ground-breaking and construction kick off of the development’s last tower – Mimosa.
