Luxury developer Ayala Land Premier (ALP), a unit of real estate giant Ayala Land Inc., expects to generate a total of 116.1 billion from its first AAA, premium grade, LEED-certified corporate tower development.

In a press briefing, ALP Managing Director Mike Jugo said the project in Vertis North is drawing big businesses into Quezon City.

The company has expanded its portfolio from high-end residences and subdivisions to prime office spaces for sale with the 43-storey One Vertis Plaza.

So far, they have already sold close to 70 percent of its available office spaces since launch, attracting companies from the manufacturing, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

“One Vertis Plaza is a premium grade office tower targeting business enterprises that require larger, highquality offices for headquarters-type operations,” said Jugo.

He noted that, “we saw an opportunity to tap an unserved market that will understand and appreciate the benefits of a corporate address in a master planned estate like Vertis North.”

Since a majority of new workspaces in Quezon City were specifically designed for BPOs, Jugo said One Vertis Plaza aims to fill the gap for companies looking to establish corporate headquarters with newer, larger and high-grade spaces.

Units in One Vertis Plaza range in size from 101 sqm. to 325 sqm. with only ten units per floor. The tower will offer a total of 60,784 sqm. of office spaces for sale with 938 parking spaces from six basement floors.

Unit prices are between 128 million to 1114 million (VAT-inclusive) or about 1352,000 per square meter, over 20 percent increase from 1269,000 since its launch last year.
