Please Don’t Go!

- FASHION PULIS MIKE LIM

When it comes to women, Talented Actor (TA) seems to have fragile emotions. TA has had a series of failed relationships with several women. While most people thought that TA could overcome these negative experiences, TA has allegedly admitted that a certain role could trigger his coping mechanism.

At one point, TA has had to take on a role with similarities to his life story. As taping progressed, TA found himself affected and he could not focus. Memories of previous love interests got rekindled. Soon, the line between past and present started getting blurred.

Instead of letting things get out of hand, TA took it upon himself to go on break. This decision sent shockwaves to the production, as his role is too big to be simply killed off. If his role is cut, then the story would need to have a major rewrite. TA assured them that if he is needed, he will return.

Management has decided that should TA leave the project for good, that’s the last they’ll see of him.

Letdown

When the creative team and the heads of an industry player came for a meeting, they were happy that a Production Talent (PT) was present. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the dismal performance of the project of PT.

Someone pointed out that the timing of the opening was bad as it came after that of a hit movie. As the discussion continued, a staff blurted PT was uncooperative with promotions.

PT defended herself, saying she did her best but the casting was wrong. Then she walked out.

It is said that PT’s project hardly hit the million-peso mark.
