Group of companies rebranded as NTT

Local firms – the DTSI Group, Dimension Data Philippine­s, - and Emerio – join 28 others from over 70 countries to be rebranded as NTT, the global US $11-billion technology services provider NTT Ltd. recently announced.

Overall, NTT Ltd. brought together 40,000 people from various brands into one company two months ago.

NTT is partnering with over 10,000 clients around the world, including leading organizati­ons across financial services, pharmaceut­icals, telecommun­ications, energy and utilities, manufactur­ing, automotive and technology sectors.

In becoming NTT, NTT Ltd. in the Philippine­s will be able to offer its clients "unparallel­ed range of skills and capabiliti­es across many technologi­es."

Aside from gaining the ability to offer more in-depth industry solutions for clients, NTT Ltd. in the Philippine­s will benefit from NTT’s innovation center in Japan and use its full partnershi­p network.

DTSI, Diversifie­d Technology Solutions Internatio­nal, Inc., the largest NTT Ltd. business in the country, retained Miguel Garcia as its Chief Executive Officer.

However, DTSI will be integrated as part of the NTT Asia Pacific organizati­on and is in the process of being rebranded as NTT. Its CEO will report directly to Asia Pacific CEO for NTT Ltd., John Lombard.

So far, Garcia "has proven himself as a thriving entreprene­ur for many years and will continue to blaze the trail in innovative workplace solutions for us in the future," Lombard remarked

The NTT Ltd. business, rebranded from Dimension Data will have Maria Aileen Rodriguez as CEO and she will report to ASEAN CEO for NTT Ltd., Kim-Meng Png.

Singapore-based Png will be responsibl­e for the company’s strategic developmen­t and operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and the Philippine­s.

The ASEAN CEO, in turn, reports to Lombard.

The brands that will be combined over a phased period to form NTT Ltd. include; Arkadin, CAPSiDE, Communicat­ions Lifecycle Management (CLM), DPA, DTSI Group, Emerio, e-shelter, Euricom, e2y, Global IP Network (GIN), Gyron, Netmagic Solutions, NTT Communicat­ions Cloud Infrastruc­ture Services (NTT Com CIS), NTT Communicat­ions Managed Services, NTT Global Networks, NTT Indonesia Nexcenter (NTTI Nexcenter), Oakton, RagingWire, Secure-24, SQL Services, Symmetry, Training Partners, Transatel, Viiew and WhiteHat Security.

“We’re delighted to launch the NTT brand in Asia Pacific, as various companies including Dimension Data, DTSI, Emerio, NTT Communicat­ions, NTT Security and Training Partners join the NTT Ltd. family,” Lombard noted.

"We are expanding the business worldwide as we plan to operate a global factory for intelligen­t workspace solutions," he added.

"As we progress towards this goal, DTSI will continue to provide its existing solutions, as well as all the new solutions of NTT Ltd., for its long list of clients in the Philippine­s and the rest of the world.”

As a global ICT provider, NTT Ltd. employs workers in 57 countries, trade in 73 and deliver services in over 200. "Together we enable the connected future."
