Boutique developer launches 11-B project in Tagaytay

Boutique realty firm Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC) is developing a cluster of mid-rise condominium buildings in Tagaytay with a total value of almost 11 billion.
In a statement, the firm said it has started construction of Cluster B Leisure Suites North of its contemporary mid-rise cluster home project in Tagaytay after Leisure Suites South sold out.
DTDC’s residential properties are known for their modern “staycation” homes that provide both value and comfort for interested relocators.
DTDC had put up its flagship project, Alta Monte Subdivisions, as the first medium-rise, multi-cluster condominium project in Tagaytay.
This 13-hectare development is conveniently located along Magallanes Drive, just a few minutes’ drive from nearby commercial establishments, markets, schools and government offices.
After successfully selling out all units under its 10 buildings from Leisure Suites South, Don Tim now looks towards the progress of its new cluster, Alta Monte Leisure Suites North, with 27 condominium buildings.
The low-density project will have a total of 162 units in the 27 buildings consisting of onebedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
With just six units in one building, residents can enjoy larger floor areas for their units. This assures not only their comfort when it comes to their living arrangements, but it also increases their level of safety and security.
With fewer people going in and out of the building, residents can rest more peacefully, and the building’s security will have an easier task of keeping track and watching over the residents and their guests.
The single-bedroom units have a floor area of 56 square meters and are priced at 14.3 million each while the two-bedroom units have 76 sqm and are worth 15.3 million each. The three-bedroom units have 123 sqm and sell for 17.3 million apiece.
