Something in common

Senator Go commended his son for placing third in the CPA Licensure Examination and said both of them have something in common now. Sen. Go ranked 3rd in the midterm elections last May.

I can’t describe the happiness I feel right now. It just so happens that both of us ranked 3rd—when I ran during the elections, while he just took the) CPA licensure exams,” Go said in a statement.

Go also recognized his son’s sacrifices to achieve his goal.

After years of studying, your sacrifices finally paid off. As a father, I have no other dream but to see my children become successful. I hope he would be more successful in life),” he stressed.

The senator likewise congratulated other successful CPA Board passers and hoped they would use their profession to contribute much for the country.

“I’m also happy that we now have a new roster of certified public accountants. I hope our new CPA passers would use their profession for nationbuilding)” he said.

“Congratulations sa lahat ng passers and may you all practice your new profession conscientiously,” Go added. (with a report from Hannah L. Torregoza)
