How we knew Anne Curtis is pregnant even before her announcement
Iwas about to go to bed early on Sunday when I checked my Instagram and almost fell off bed. “It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis had 1.7 million views on a video post where she wrote, “I think you should know something…. Another reason to love November.”
I immediately knew my suspicions were right that she was pregnant even without watching the reveal of her baby bump. You see, I was a guest on her TV program last week and I thought she was glowing. She was wearing a loose dress but you can see her breasts were full. I also heard from the make-up artists that the actress-host would often be caught napping and eating a lot.
I wanted to ask then if she was pregnant but I hesitated. Last month, when she was asked at a press conference about having a baby, Anne said, “I think I should take this opportunity to say that the press should stop asking that to any woman, because you don’t know what they’re going through... For me, it will happen in God’s time, and I think at any time I’m ready for it. But I’m speaking for every woman...

Upon checking her husband Erwan Heussaff’s post, it was the same video in Korea her wife posted with a cryptic post that read “5/9.” Having borne two children, this might be the expected due date which is 26 weeks from now, which means Viva’s blockbuster superstar is already on her 11th to 13th week (third month). This is when you have your first ultrasound and find out if your baby has a heartbeat. Doctors usually do not advise the mother to announce the pregnancy until the baby has a heartbeat hence the probable reason the celebrity couple delayed doing so.
Even the best friend of the couple, Isabelle Daza, who introduced them to each other, did not know about it. She wrote on their Instagram page, “So I had to find out the news on YouTube?”
Nico Bolzico hopes Anne and his brother-in-law, Erwan, will have a baby boy since he (Nico) and Solenn are having a baby girl.
“I hope it will be a baby boy so he can accompany our baby girl when she goes out,” Nico wrote.
Nico and Erwan’s business partner, Matteo Guidicelli, also posted a congratulatory greeting in Erwan’s page. The three own an Italian restaurant in Alabang called Da Gianni. His post now has hundreds of comments of people hoping his fiancée Sarah Geronimo will be part of this baby boom in show business.
