New book by PH life coach tops Amazon best seller’s lists
After representing the Philippines in various TEDx events across Asia as key speaker, life coach Myke Celis’ latest book “#bestmeever A Self-Discovery Workbook To Heal Your Past, Accept Your Present and Find Yourself Again” hits number one in seven categories in Amazon.
This follows Myke’s recent achievement as best-selling author after his book “#bestmeever Of Positivity And Possibilities” made it to the top 10 of National Bookstore’s Non-Fiction Best Sellers last February.
“I’ve always had this vision of going global. I believe that my books can inspire others to become their own #bestmeever, no matter where they’re from because we all share common stories,” he said.
Becoming an international best seller is a mean feat. How did you make it happen?
“Inspiration, commitment, and a whole lot of hard work. It was the first time I launched an ebook together with a paperback version and it’s not exactly an overnight thing .... ”
Myke continued: “I also have to give credit to my family and friends who have been very supportive through it all. And especially Dr. Emee Estacio, a best selling author, psychologist and publisher based in the UK, who helped me navigate my way to become an Amazon #1 best seller. It’s so funny that our random conversation led to this beautiful collaboration. The book did resonate with people from all over, regardless of age, gender and geographic differences among others.”
How do your two books differ from one another?
“The latest is my very first interactive book. It has activity sheets inside and a couple of blank pages where the readers can write their reflections and express themselves through writing.
It also contains the love letters
I wrote to myself during my personal journey towards my best.”
Asked how it feel to be considered source of Pinoy pride, Myke said it’s “empowering yet humbling” experience.
“I take pride of my Filipino roots and it brings so much joy whenever I get lovely messages from people of various races from all over the world about my book and what I do as a global master coach. I am truly blessed to be given such wonderful opportunity to inspire people to follow their dreams and never give up.”
