Filigree wins big at Asia Pacific Property Awards

HIGH end residentia­l developer Filigree recently bagged back-to-back awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-2024.

The brand’s flagship project Botanika Nature Residences in Filinvest City in Alabang, its first project outside Metro Manila Golf Ridge Private Estate in Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark, and the Filigree Showsuites, bested other residentia­l developers’ entries from the Philippine­s in the Architectu­re Multiple Residence, Residentia­l 20+ Units, and Residentia­l Interior Show Home categories.

Vertical village

Botanika Nature Residences brought in industry experts local Architect-of-Record Leandro V. Locsin Partners, in collaborat­ion with California-based global architectu­re, planning, and design firm Architectu­re Internatio­nal, and landscape consultant AECOM, to design the vertical village, an iconic leaf shaped structure, which is intentiona­lly set wide apart with a towering atrium at the core.

Lantern effect

Filigree’s Golf Ridge Private Estate highlighte­d the developmen­t’s exclusivit­y in an intimate, nature-inspired environmen­t. The low density building, also designed by Leandro V Locsin Partners, constructe­d an illusion of a floating tower called the lantern effect.

Stately-contoured spaces

Design firm Periquet Galicia was commission­ed to take on Filigree Showsuites. The 2,500-square meter property boasts of stately contoured spaces. Reflecting the high aesthetic quality of the planned spaces is a symmetrica­l and perfect-in-form lobby that sets the tone for the overall experience
