Richard, played by Chad Kinis, excels as an insurance broker, while Melvin, portrayed by MC Muah, shines as a knowledgeable tour guide. Reggie, brought to life by Lassy, thrives in the world of sales. Despite their diverse professional paths, these three friends have stood by each other for years. They dedicate time every week to be in each other’s company, and they even commemorate their friendship anniversary with joyous celebrations.
However, their yearly commemoration might soon come to a halt when Reggie receives a devastating leukemia diagnosis. Heartbroken, they decide to embark on a memorable journey to Camarines Sur, creating lasting memories together. They aim to turn it into the best days of their lives, cherishing their time together if it happens to be their last grand adventure.
During their vacation, they find themselves entangled in hilarious situations while also addressing personal family issues. Everything seems to be going well until the night Reggie suddenly collapses, shattering their idyllic moments.

The group, consisting of Chad, MC, and Lassy, was formed in February 2020 but had been friends long before, having previously worked together in a comedy bar. During the pandemic lockdown, they even lived together, and their uplifting vlogs became viral sensations. Although they have become busier with other endeavors, this film aims to compensate for their reduced vlog releases.
