Clifton Resort dishes out ultimate Tagaytay experience

- New buildings, better road network Comfortable condo living

PROPERTY developer, Citi Global Realty & Development, Inc. is redesigning its newest condotel in Tagaytay to provide its clients an enhanced ‘lookand-feel’ of the property, and improve unit owners’ overall convenience.

The company collaborated with topnotch designers to identify key design elements in line with its goal of giving Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites (TCRS), a vital ‘make over’.

“The changes we will make at TCRS will be critical, but after all the redesign work, it will be a gorgeous condotel that unit owners would love to spend quality time and create memories in with their family,” promised Beth To, Citi Global’s Managing Director.

To address industry demand for larger unit cuts, Citi Global decreased the number of TCRS’ buildings from the previous 10 to 8, but added two penthouse floors, from 11th to 12th floors with larger floor areas. The number of building floors also increased from the previous 8 to 12.

“Industry research shows that due to the pandemic, there are growing families or young professionals who want to install a home office,” To explained. “A unit with ample storage space or additional rooms will be of great value to them.”

The increased number of prospective unit owners at TCRS will have a ripple effect on the number of cars that will traverse the property. In anticipation of this, Citi Global redesigned the flow of the traffic network within the premises.

From the single roundabout on the right side of the property, another smaller roundabout will be added on the left side to improve the traffic flow. It also has a gradual slope towards the main road instead of the previous abrupt slope design, ensuring a safe drive for unit owners in and out of the property.

The spacing between buildings also allows a smoother drive from one building to another, preventing possible traffic congestion and incursions.

One of the most desired features in condominiums are more communal areas and landscapes. Citi Global redesigned the location of TCRS’ clubhouse, moving it from the middle of the property to the west end, to provide unit owners a better view of the Batangas landscape.

Function and conference rooms were also added to accommodate guests for family gatherings, work retreats, and special occasions, adding to its value when it eventually runs as a condotel.

TCRS’ wider building footprint design also features amenities to provide unit owners with a comfortable lifestyle. It will have an infinity pool, a lap pool, a fitness and wellness gym and ample parking space. The facility is PWD-inclusive in compliance with the Philippine Accessibility Law (BP 344).

The project’s new human-centered design is offering unit owners more open spaces for better airflow, allowing owners to enjoy the lush greenery and fresh air. It also clears more space for foot and bicycle traffic.

“All the new design elements that Citi Global is implementing on TCRS comply with the building and property development regulations of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DSHUD),” to assured.
