THE Filipino boxers in the Rio Olympics will still have to rely on the luck of the draw if they are to achieve medal in 20 years.
No Filipino athlete has brought home a medal from the Olympics since Mansueto “Onyok” Velasco class of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
