SEND OFF
Members of the Philippine Navy board the BRP Ramon Alcaraz for a port visit to Cam Ranh, Vietnam from December 2 to 12, 2016 during a send- off ceremony at the Pier 13 of South Harbor in Manila. The purpose of the visit is to celebrate the 40th year of diplomatic relationship between the two nations.
