ERDB awarded for human resource excellence by CSC
THE Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB) was recognized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) during the 2017 Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on March 8, at Novotel Hotel in Quezon the award and ERDB came out to have met HR Maturity Level 2 indicator for competency based on four criteria--Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Performance Management; Learning and Development; and Rewards and Recognition.
ERDB has demonstrated its capacity to exercise HR functions, craft standard operating procedures, automate systems, and decide on matters involving appointments. “ERDB is proud to receive an award and recognition ERDB Director Dr. Henry Adornado receives award for human resource excellence besting more than 100 governement agencies. from the CSC. We are happy that our efforts to institutionalize HR systems were recognized. It is our pride and honor knowing that we have always been guided by the principles set by the PRIME-HRM of our CSC. This award will further inspire us to pursue excellence in public service”, said ERDB Executive Director Dr. Henry Adornado. PRIME-HRM is a more progressive system of assessment, entailing greater engagement not just of the PRIME-HRM aims to elevate public sector HRM to a level of excellence at par with global HRM standards.
