ERDB awarded for human resource excellence by CSC

THE Ecosystems Research and Developmen­t Bureau (ERDB) was recognized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) during the 2017 Program to Institutio­nalize Meritocrac­y and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on March 8, at Novotel Hotel in Quezon the award and ERDB came out to have met HR Maturity Level 2 indicator for competency based on four criteria--Recruitmen­t, Selection and Placement; Performanc­e Management; Learning and Developmen­t; and Rewards and Recognitio­n.

ERDB has demonstrat­ed its capacity to exercise HR functions, craft standard operating procedures, automate systems, and decide on matters involving appointmen­ts. “ERDB is proud to receive an award and recognitio­n ERDB Director Dr. Henry Adornado receives award for human resource excellence besting more than 100 governemen­t agencies. from the CSC. We are happy that our efforts to institutio­nalize HR systems were recognized. It is our pride and honor knowing that we have always been guided by the principles set by the PRIME-HRM of our CSC. This award will further inspire us to pursue excellence in public service”, said ERDB Executive Director Dr. Henry Adornado. PRIME-HRM is a more progressiv­e system of assessment, entailing greater engagement not just of the PRIME-HRM aims to elevate public sector HRM to a level of excellence at par with global HRM standards.
