‘Asean, China need win-win solution’

THE Associatio­n of Southeast Asian Nations ( Asean) and China should work toward a “win-win solution” to preserve trade relations despite the dispute over the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea), the head of the region’s business council said on Thursday.
