IT takes more than genuine interest and deep sense of patriotism to become a good soldier.

While love of country and a commitment to defend it are great motivations, proper education and training form another essential bedrock of a successful military career.

This quality and specialized course on military science and training is being made available to interested Filipino students by the Valley Forge Military Academy and College (VFMAC), one of the most reputable military schools in the United States, through scholarships being handled by International Education Specialists (Inter-Ed), its partner in the Philippines.

According to Inter- Ed founder Helen U. Bartholomew, applicants may now enroll for the Fall 2017 or students to be entitled to up to 33 per cent discount in tuition fees during their entire stay in the academy.

Bartholomew said that the US study experience is expected to help students enhance their personal development, cultivate lifetime friendships and relationships and broaden their career opportunities.

VFMAC aims to promote the holistic development of student- cadets excellence, character development, personal motivation, physical development and leadership.

With social interactions and experiences considered as important factors in their value formation, students are encouraged to actively engage in social activities with their peers through the various extracurricular projects available.

They are also given the chance to immerse in the culture and daily life of their host country by living on-campus at Wayne, Pennsylvania or in the surrounding area.

The VFMAC military model seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills that will help propel them alongside or ahead of their peers in terms of achievements no matter where they are.

Although 41 per cent of the academy’s graduates eventually end up in a successfully pursuing other professions of their choice..
