Teleperformance launches Vision 20/20 at Leadership Summit

TELEPERFORMANCE held its Leadership Summit, a two-day convention of over 130 senior leaders of Teleperformance Philippines at Solaire Resort in Paranaque City.

With the theme “Vision 20/20,” the Leadership Summit aimed at reviewing the successes as well as examining the challenges and opportunities facing Teleperformance in the next three years. Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director Travis Coates led the convention with the presentation of the company’s performance over the past year and the key strategic steps to be taken to achieve the company’s strategic goals.

Teleperformance USA Chief Execu - performance English World and Asia Amit Shankardass were also present at the Leadership Summit. Johnson, who was the former managing director of Teleperformance Philippines, - cial performance while Shankardass discussed the value of providing a seamless customer experience amid a digitizing world and changing market landscape. This includes increasing use of mobile functions, artificial intelligence, cloud-based technologies, robotics, Internet of Things and multichannel engagement.

Teleperformance also invited well- known content marketer Ezra Ferraz, a research fellow at the Asian Institute of Management and author of “The Finishers,” a collection of successful cases of startups in the Philippines.

Jose Carlos Bezanilla, CEO of Great Place to Work in Greater China, also delivered a motivational speech on how organizations can maximize their human capital by enriching the company’s work culture through active employee engagement, continuous learning and development, open communication, conducive workspaces and adequate employee support services.
