2 top NPA leaders nabbed in Negros

BACOLOD CITY: Two alleged top Party of the Philippines – New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) were arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and the Philippine Army in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
