Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd leads the destruction, via the co-processing method, of the first batch of some P3.316 billion worth of Mighty and Marvel cigarettes bearing fake tax stamps that were confiscated in separate raids in March this year by joint teams from the Internal Revenue and Customs bureaus. The cigarettes were destroyed on Tuesday morning at the Holcim Philippines Geocycle compound in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
