Zalora to increase site capacity in PH as e-commerce business thrives
ONLINE shopping platform Zalora plans to increase its site capacity in the country to support its vision of bolstering its Philippine footprint, a top executive said on Thursday.

Campos said Zalora was currently renting a warehouse in Carmona, Cavite that houses an inventory of about a million units of goods. He said they planned to grow inventory to 4 million units.

He declined to name the exact location and how much the company had earmarked for the establishment, but added that Zalora would be leasing the property within an Ayala development.
Campos stressed the move would strengthen Zalora’s leadership in online fashion shopping, particularly since 66 percent of the Filipino population are already using the internet.
“Next year, we plan to expand the coverage of our logistics to other key cities. Partner drivers will also increase,” he said. “We have 20 hubs now and there will be additional hubs next year,” he added.
