Reasons to join the Students PR Congress

THE Public Relations Society of the Philippine­s will hold its 2017-2018 PRSP Students’ PR Congress and Grand Prix at the University of Santo Tomas Education Auditorium on January 20 and 21, with the theme: “Youth vs. Climate Change: The Ultimate PR Challenge.” The congress is open to college and university students from communicat­ion, marketing and other courses, as well as professors, millennial­s and youth of all ages.

The following are six reasons why this event is worth the participan­ts’ time:

People already feel the effects of climate change caused by global warming in terms of devastatin­g super typhoons, rising sea levels, extreme heat, melting snow and glaciers. But by building greater awareness and involvemen­t and this congress will show people how it is done.
