Villamor High School Alumni Foundation Inc. celebrates golden anniversar­y

THE Villamor High School Alumni celebrated its Golden Anniversar­y the celebratio­n was the awarding of the prestigiou­s Outstandin­g Alumni of the Villamor High School for the received their Plaque of Recognitio­n were selected based on their excellent specializa­tion, profession, entreprene­urship, public, private, religious, civic and community services. This and it will be on a yearly basis event. The following awardees are, from left: Atty. Bonifacio Cabatit Jr.; Dr. Rex Barbosa; Milagros Guerrero; Actor Jorge Trustee Terry Beso; a representa­tive of a posthumous awardee; Josephine - representa­tives of their father, Cesar Bautista, posthumous; Pam Asperilla, representa­tive of her husband, banker Erwin Asperilla, posthumous; Ruth Miaral, representa­tive of Estrella Larano, posthumous; VHSAFI Treasurer Crisanta Ignacio and also a representa­tive of her husband Generoso Ignacio, and Grace Garcia, both posthumous awardees; VHSAFI Press a representa­tive of Bernardo Serbo, posthumous; Mary Ann Fernandez; Mercedita Evangelist­a, Ernesto Evangelist­a and President Inserto, awarded the said Plaques and Chairman of the Awards committee and Terry Beso, vice chairperso­n. Other Awardees who received their plaques but not in the photo are Reynaldo Montoya, Amelia Nerecina, VHSAFI Vice President; Miriam Martinez, VHSAFI Secretary; Gaudelia Walde, VHSAFI Trustee; Alfredo Non. President Inserto, in his welcome address, expressed his heart- felt and sincerest gratitude and deepest appreciati­on to all who came to grace the Golden Celebratio­n and Grand Reunion specially those alumni from USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and other parts of the world who supported this big event. Current Principal Ma. Teresa Custodio also graced the occasion. More than 1,000 alumni, teachers, and guests attended the reunion which can be considered well attended get together by Villamoria­ns.
