Dengvaxia deal above board – Aquino

FORMER President Benigno Aquino 3rd maintained on Thursday that he committed no election offenses when his administration implemented dengue by using Dengvaxia.

The VACC alleged that Aquino, Abad and Garin were behind the schoolbased immunization program.
