Navotas welcomes new scholars

“Through this program, we want our youth to dream big and strive for great things. We want them to feel unhampered by their status in life,” Mayor John Rey Tiangco said.
Tiangco also assured that the city government will always support Navoteños and help them bring their dreams into reality.
High school scholars will receive P18,000 per academic year for book, transportation and food allowance.
