The annual ISSO, now on its 13th year, recognizes the importance of the key dealer parts and service personnel, namely service advisor, service technician, and parts personnel in providing quality service and customer satisfaction, and improves the theoretical and technical skills of these key personnel.

The ISSO also serves as the main platform where IPC will develop two teams to represent the Philippines in the upcoming 2018 Isuzu World Technical Competition to be held in Thailand this September 12 for the light commercial vehicle (LCV) category, and in Japan this December 6 for the commercial vehicle (CV) category.

Since 2015, IPC has consistently placed

Competition, and a large part of its success has been attributed to the high level of competition at the ISSO, apart from the professional dedication and discipline the Isuzu dealers’ parts and service personnel pour into their daily work.

CV Category B in 2017, third in the CV Category in 2016, second place in the LCV Category in 2015 and 2016, and champion in the CV Category in 2015.
