Sta. Lucia to build townhouse projects

STA. Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) plans to build more townhouse projects outside Metro Manila to unlock additional revenue streams.

SLI’s portfolio includes condominium and subdivision projects. It is currently constructing townhouse developments, which include three Nottingham Villas located in Rizal, Iloilo, and Palawan, and The Hamptons Place, also in Rizal.

SLI’s townhouse projects have average sizes from 52 square meters (sqm) to 124 sqm, with two bedrooms, two toilets, living room, garage, kitchen, and laundry and service areas.

Early this month, SLI announced plans to issue up to P5 billion worth of corporate notes and future projects.

The company said it also secured the board’s go- signal to enter into joint ventures for the development of projects in various locations such as Baguio City, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Palawan, Negros Occidental, and Quezon City. The projects for development have an aggregate size of over 1.43 million sqm.

SLI is also set to acquire parcels of land totaling 1.01 million sqm in size which are located in Dagupan City, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Iloilo, Davao, and General Santos City.

SLI shares ended down 2 centavos at P1.14 each.
