Officials, employees undergo strategic marketing workshop

A TWO- DAY Strategic Marketing training-workshop through the Product Standard Developmen­t Department was conducted to enlighten PCSO officials and employees about marketing strategies on how to promote the products to different target clientele.

Held at the Legend Villas on September 3 and 4, the pros and cons were carefully sifted based on the captive market’s socio-political-cultural environmen­t, technologi­cal and natural environmen­t on top of their economic status.

Resource speaker, LEADS Management Consulting managing director Carmelita Walton, cited various techniques on how to approach the target market.

Each participan­t was required to submit individual post-training report which includes the significan­t learnings derived from the seminar and how it can be applied to present job; different skills acquired and its relevance in improving one’s performanc­e; and recommenda­tion on the applicabil­ity of the seminar to other concerned profession­als in relation to their function.
