10.10.10 Fun Charity Golf benefits children with cancer

THE tandem of Dennis Uy and Raymund Chua and the pair of Henry Salazar and Rodel Cueto were declared overall champions in the 10.10.10 Fun Charity Golf Tournament held on October 10 at the Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club in Cavite.

The Uy- Chua tandem bested their rivals with an 88 net at the Faldo Course while Salazar and Cueto combined for 92 points to dominate their foes at the Norman Course.

Meanwhile, Rey Del Poso and Alvin Tolentino finished with a 67 to rule Class A beating Eric Tensuan and Miguel Magpayo via countback.

In Class B, Juanito Vano and Pompeo Limbo beat Dan De Leon and Archie Arceno with an eagle after both parties posted identical 70s.

The duo of Gerry Magdales and Michael Golez shot a 71 to dominate Roderick Vega and Benjamin Villacorte in Class C.

At the Nick Faldo layout, Allan Yap and Richie Santos won with 65 over Jason Porcioncula and Samuel Baltazar, who posted a 67 in Class A.

Joseph Madrigal and Christopolus Coching notched 69 points to rule class B via countback versus Romeo Chong and Raulito Paras.

In Class C, Alex Kim and Robert Dy finished with a 72 net to beat the 73 of John Mario and Vicente Rosell.

Proceeds of the tournament will benefit the Davao Children’s Cancer Fund Inc.
