DMCI Homes to launch 5 more condos this year

DMCI Holdings Inc. real estate arm DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch five more residential condominium projects this year.

The quadruple A developer said the projects would be located in Pasig City, Las Pinas, Mandaluyong, Davao and Cebu City.

It said the new projects were driven by the company’s robust sales. As of end-June, DMCI Homes posted P20 billion in reservation sales.

This year, the firm targets to hit the P38- billion reservation sales through its newly launched projects in Quezon City.

DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria said Quezon City was a “strong market because of the ongoing infrastructure projects in the area,” including the Skyway Stage 3 and Metro Rail Transit 7.

The new additions to DMCI Homes’ Quezon City portfolio include Cameron Residences and The Crestmont, which are located in Roosevelt Avenue and Panay Avenue in Barangay South Triangle, respectively.

NEXT year, a new super luxury resort will open in Siquijor, an island in the Central Visayas region, whose relatively untapped tourism potential can rival some of the most popular tourism destinations in the country.
