Turning to the one who knows

-

Keen students of Bible prophecy, however, appear to have found the key to understanding how global pollution will ultimately end. They point to a particular verse in the last book of the Bible, the Revelation.

Interestingly, what they have to say predicts, not just a scary scenario but one that bodes well for mankind and Planet Earth.

“But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time came for the dead to be judged and to reward your slaves the prophets and the holy ones and those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.” (Revelation 11:18) Will divine intervention come just in the nick of time to stop global warming? That Bible prophecy, written by the Christian apostle John at the end of times. For is it not at this stage of history that men, with their advanced technology and height of greed, are actually “ruining the earth”?

Yet, it is unthinkable for God, in his great concern for the human race and the planet which he has created perfectly to serve the best interests of mankind, to ever allow his marvelous masterpiece of creation to be ruined beyond recall! After all, the rest of Bible prophecies clearly indicate that Jehovah God has willed obedient humans to live eternally on earth.

“Just a little while longer and the wicked will be no more... But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace... The righteous will possess the earth. And they will live forever on it.” ( Psalms 37:10, 11, 29)
