PCSO inaugurates new Pangasinan office

-

THE focus of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is to raise and provide funds for every Filipino. One way of achieving this mission is to establish branch offices across the nation to make its services accessible to everyone.

In Pangasinan, the PCSO branch office that used to be located in Urdaneta which is east of the province, is now relocated to Lingayen at the very center of Pangasinan to cater to even those at the westmost provinces of Bolinao, Bani and Anda Island among others.

On February 19, PCSO Vice Chairman and General Manager Royina Garma led the ribbon cutting and official opening of its relocated branch office in Casiano National Government Office in Poblacion, Lingayen together with Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino III and Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil.

Also present during the opening were Vice Mayor Judy Vargas, Assistant General Manager for the Branch Operations Sector Atty. Lauro Patiag, Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector Julieta Aseo, Assistant General Manager for Gaming Product Development and Marketing Sector Dr. Larry Cedro, Assistant General Manager for Management Services Sector Arnel Casas, Northern and Central Luzon (NCL) Department Manager Marissa Medrano, Pangasinan Asst. Branch Manager Mary Jane Claridad who handled the coordination between the Pangasinan LGU and the PCSO head office and some of the branch managers/heads of NCL Department.

The relocation was made through Lingayen Mayor Bataoil who offered the PCSO an office space to house the PCSO branch. The transfer will give more Pangasinenses easy access to PCSO’s services especially the Medical Access Program (MAP), that includes hospitalization, chemotherapy, hemo-dialysis, hemophilia and posttransplant/operation medication. Likewise, authorized agents of the Lotto in the region may transact their business with the new PCSO branch.
