12 drug suspects arrested in CL

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga: The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) announced on Tuesday that 12 suspected drug peddlers were arrested and P3 million worth of shabu were confiscate­d in a series of anti-illegal drug operations in Central Luzon last week.

PRO3 Director BGen Jose Hidalgo Jr. said that several operations were launched by local and narcotics police in Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga and Angeles City.

Citing the reports of Col. Relly Arnedo, police director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, three individual­s were arrested --Alexis de Guzman of Sta. Maria, Bulacan, and Jason Adores and Elmer Abellana who are both from Marilao, Bulacan.

Confiscate­d from them were sachets of shabu and one motorcycle.

The Nueva Ecija Provincial Police Office, meanwhile, reported that five suspected drug peddlers identified as Alex Agbanlog, Joevic Santos, Haris Bantigue, Allen Candelaria and Domilito Ignacio, all residents of Cabanatuan City, were arrested over the weekend.

Seized from them were 33.5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P227,800.

In Pampanga, two high value targets were apprehende­d.

They were identified as Ma. Czarina Razon and Ariel Bustos who are from Magalang town.

Seized from Razon were two pieces of heat-sealed transparen­t plastic sachets, one knot-tied transparen­t plastic bag both containing suspected shabu with a total weight of 105 grams and estimated value of P714,000.

Confiscate­d from Bustos were one heat-sealed plastic sachet, two knot-tied plastic bags both containing shabu weighing a total of 162 grams with an estimated value of P1,101,600.

Pampanga police also arrested Bonito Nuevas of Mabalacat City. Confiscate­d from his possession were four heat-sealed transparen­t plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 15 grams valued at P102,000.

The Angeles City Police, on the other hand, reported the arrest of Abdul Bayan Coyogan, a high-value individual. Confiscate­d from him were one heat-sealed transparen­t plastic sachet, one knot-tied transparen­t plastic containing shabu weighing approximat­ely 75 grams with an estimated value of P510,000.
