Rhen Escaño begins 2024 with a blast

-

THE year 2024 is turning out to be an auspicious chapter for popular Viva actress Rhen Escaño. Besides thriving as a teleserye star in ABSCBN’s top-rated program “Can’t Buy Me Love,” she opened the year with an endorsement launch with gaming brand CC6 Online Casino on January 18.

Present at the contract signing at a Quezon City restaurant were Escaño’s manager, veteran showbiz host and columnist Aster Amoyo, and top casino executive Jev Frago.

During the media conference that followed, the actress expressed how grateful and honored she was to be named the first celebrity ambassador for the gaming company.

She explained that the most compelling reason she accepted the endorsement is the online casino’s active charitable arm. “[This company] is not just about people playing and spending money because the money generated by this app goes to many charities. They support excellent causes, and I’m so excited to be part of that since I’m always eager to do something with a purpose,” Escaño elaborated.

Assured more than ever they had made the right choice in the actress as ambassador, Frago took the opportunity to share what the company had achieved last year.

“In 2023, CC6 established an online charity community, positively impacting over 50,000

children and 30,000 individuals with disabilities. This initiative underscores C6’s commitment to social responsibility and community well-being,” she said.

Frago furthered that Escaño’s entry into the company comes at a very special time, as CC6 is celebrating its third anniversary on February 2.

“To date CC6 has grown from scratch to having over 600,000 daily active users in three years. And with Rhen spreading the word about us, we’re sure that number is only bound to grow.”

Also part of the online casino’s anniversary celebration, which Escaño will be actively promoting, is a special gift package worth P10 million to be given out to its members. CC6 will also earmark the same amount to be distributed to their charity partners for the charity component.
