The day’s hitmakers unite for ‘ILYSM’ Valentine’s concert

TODAY’S hottest hitmakers are set to converge on a singular stage for “ILYSM (I Love You So Much),” a special Valentine’s concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on February 13.

For the first time ever, the faces and sounds that dominate the airwaves and social media will be seen and heard live on the massive Big Dome stage in an evening of love songs they popularize­d.

“ILYSM” is a not-to-be-missed headed by Arthur Nery, the heartthrob from Cagayan de Oro who created “Take All the Love,”“Pag-samo,” “Isa Lang,” and “Higa.” Awit Award winner for Best Pop Recording, Janine Tenoso, will bring her hits “Di Na Muli,” “Tingin,” “Pelikula,” “Hindi Tayo Puede,” and “Tag-araw.”

Rob Deniel, a fast-rising idol and exponent of retro-inspired romantic ballads like “Rom Com,”“Miss, Miss,”“Sinta,” Ang “Pag-ibig,” and his record-breaking debut, Ulap, likewise joins the pack.

Adie, the dreamboat of alternativ­e pop and You Tube video’ s favorite leading man, offers“Ma hika ,”“Para lu man ,” “Tahanan,” and “Tinatangi.”

MLRD, or Meriel de Jesus, is Cebu’s latest contributi­on to the local music scene. She wrote and performed “An Art Gallery Could Never be as Unique as You ,”“Li gay a,”“Ika wP aR in ,”“The Fate of the One Not Chosen,” and others, conquering Indonesia’s hit charts besides home ground.

Rhodessa,2023’s surprise newcomer, will break through in her first major show with her monster hit “Kisame,” plus “Mina” (Minamahal Ko) and “Ako Na Lang Kasi.”

The featured guest will be the multilingu­al and multi-ethnic band Alamat of“Maharani ,”“K as mal a ,” and other hits.
