Marites Allen talks realty prosperity, construction jubilation

However, she advises that during the renovation, lucky and unlucky directions must be considered. Be cautious of unlucky sectors such as the southeast, center, west and northwest for they may bring illness, arguments, misfortune, robbery and VIOLENCE IN THE HOUSE OR OFfiCE.
As for the lucky areas, Allen asserts victory may be found in the east, prosperity awaits in the southwest, wealth is in the north, windfall is in the northeast, and education, travel and romance are in the northwest.
When revamping spaces this 2024, Allen advises not to touch the inauspicious sectors due to the presence of the Dragon and its enemy sign, the Dog. If renovation is deemed necessary, she says it is best to consult her in order to go through certain formulae that will help avoid star-crossed directions for the Year of the Wood Dragon.
“If a family has an alternative place to stay during the renovation period — away from the house being renovated — then all sectors of the house or property can be renovated safely,” Allen suggests. “They can also acquire cures and enhancers from Frigga Charmed Life to enhance the luck of their homes.”
Lucky color, elements
The element for this year is, of course, wood, signifying that the color associated with luck this time is green.
In an interview with The Manila Times, Allen says, the wood element refers to the primary material used when building a property. It also REPRESENTS GREENERY, TREES, flOWERS and color motifs such as greens and browns.
It also goes without saying that SINCE WOOD IS THE PRECURSOR OF fiRE, then red is the color of passionate energy for prosperity.
Moreover, Allen explains that the incorporation of the color blue or WATER ELEMENT WILL ALSO BE BENEfiCIAL this year in the same way that plants, symbolizing the lucky color green, need water to grow and thrive.
“These colors are going to be special for 2024,” the geomancy expert says.
In the face of the challenges or hindrances that this year may present, Marites Allen advises everyone to be like water, saying, “Just surRENDER AND GO WITH THE flOW.”
