Bulacan gets 2 ambulances from SKorea

CITY OF MALOLOS: The provincial government of Bulacan received two refurbishe­d ambulances from the delegates of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea led by Kim Wonki, vice chairman of the Special Committee on Social Welfare of the Gyeonggi Provincial Party of the Democratic Party of Korea.

The turnover was held through the Social Welfare Foundation Go & Do at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center on Monday, February 5.

According to Gov. Daniel Fernando, the two ambulances will aid in catering to the medical needs of the Bulakenyos.

“Ang pangangala­ga po sa kalusugan ng mga Bulakenyo ay bahagi ng ating 10-point agenda na mahigpit na tinututuka­n ng ating pamahalaan­g panlalawig­an (The health of Bulacan residents is part of the 10-point agenda which the provincial government is focusing on),” said Fernando.

“Sa pamamagita­n ng donasyong ito, mas lalo po tayong lumapit sa ating pangarap ng mataas na kalidad ng kalusugan para sa lahat ng ating mamamayan (Through this donation, we got closer to our dream quality health service for our people),” added Fernando.

The deed of donation between Bulacan and the Go & Do was supported by Sanggunian­g Panlalawig­an Resolution 808, series of 2023.

Other Korean delegates present during the turnover of donations were Shinhan University Graduate School Dean Jang Yongwoon, Park Siwook, Go & Do CEO Park Woohee, Go & Do Secretary General Yu Yongdae and assistant Maria Unika Velard

The transfer of the medical vehicles was facilitate­d and made possible by the broker Optimum Impex Solutions.
