The latest generation of the BMW 5 Series Touring promises to deliver a driving experience like never before, boasting a plethora of digital innovations, cutting-edge automated driving systems, and a heightened focus on sustainability throughout its lifecycle.

The exterior of the new BMW 5 Series Touring exudes sophistication, with stretched proportions and meticulously crafted surfaces. Compared to its predecessor, the sixth-generation model boasts increased dimensions, with a length extended by 97 millimeters, width by 32 millimeters, and height by 17 millimeters. Notably, it features the longest wheelbase in its class, offering enhanced spaciousness and comfort.
The striking front end is adorned with modern twin headlights and a prominent BMW grille, while the side profile showcases sleek window graphics and a long roof spoiler, accentuating its sporty yet elegant design. At the rear, powerfully sculpted wheel arches and LED taillights contribute to the car’s commanding presence.

Inside the cabin, the BMW 5 Series Touring boasts a progressive cockpit design centered around the BMW Curved Display, featuring a 12.3-inch Information Display and a 14.9-inch Control Display. A significant highlight of the new BMW 5 Series Touring is the introduction of the all-electric BMW i5 Touring, available in two variants from the outset. The top-of-the-line BMW i5 M60 xDrive Touring delivers exhilarating performance with a combined power output of 601 hp, propelling it from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.9 seconds. With an electric range of up to 506 kilometers, it offers impressive long-distance capability.
In addition to its electrifying performance, the BMW i5 Touring is equipped with innovative charging solutions, including support for up to 205 kilowatts of direct current charging and anticipatory thermal management for optimal efficiency.
Advanced driving assistance and parking systems
The new BMW 5 Series Touring sets new standards in semiautomated driving and parking with its array of advanced driver assistance systems. Highlights include the optional driving assistant professional with steering and lane control assist, distance control with stop and go function, and the highway assistant for hands-free highway driving in select regions.
