Megaworld Lifestyle Malls champions Women’s Month
MEGAWORLD Lifestyle Malls, developer of the premier lifestyle destinations in the Philippines, proudly declares its unwavering support for Women’s Month with an inclusive celebration that resonates across its participating properties.
A focal point of this celebration is the unveiling of creative installations crafted by exceptionally talented women. Participating properties include Alabang West Parade, Eastwood City, Forbes Town Center, Greenhouse At The Village Square Alabang, Iloilo Business Park, Southwoods Mall and Uptown Mall Bonifacio.
Megaworld Lifestyle Malls kicks it off with a collaboration with Oxfam Pilipinas to present the artwork “Taking up space” by Jill Arteche, a muralist and visual artist.
From March 11 to 17, Southwoods Mall will host the remarkable artworks of Chennie Tanfelix, a registered medical technologist and painter.
Over at Forbes Town Park, Selah Viee, also known as Angelica Orquin, will be reimagining the giant pet statue installation with a new contemporary approach.
Alabang West Parade has invited Yary Young, a skilled tattoo artist, for live tattooing sessions from March 15 to 17.
Uptown Mall will be playing host to philanthropic artist Kim Cruz, as she will inspire mall-goers with therapeutic art pieces which will be displayed from March 16 to 27.
Alpas Art Group exhibits contemporary artworks focusing on women as the subject from March 19 to 26 at Greenhouse at the Village Square Alabang.
Iloilo will not be outdone as Women United through Handcrafted Lace and Embroidery is excited to present a collaborative effort to create lace from cotton at Iloilo Business Park on March 16 to 31.
