Live superhero spectacle is coming to Manila
FANS of the mega-blockbuster Marvel Cinematic Universe can soon experience the ultimate clash of the world’s most famous heroes and villains in the flesh as the touring stage adaptation, “Marvel Universe Live!,” crashes into Manila from June 7 to 16.
The SM Mall of Asia Arena will be transformed into an epic battleground for the production, where Marvel’s iconic superheroes will join forces to defend the universe from evil.
Featuring beloved characters such as Spider-Man, The Avengers, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, including Star-Lord, Gamora, Groot, Rocket, and Drax, this legendary battle promises non-stop action, thrills, and jaw-dropping stunts.
Juliette Feld Grossman, producer of Marvel Universe LIVE!, expressed excitement about the upcoming production, stating, “Our tremendously talented creative team and a nearly superhuman cast have created a show that brings the grandeur of Marvel to life.”
The storyline unfolds as Doctor Strange calls upon the Guardians of the Galaxy to join forces against the villainous Nebula, who allies herself with the conniving Loki and Green Goblin. Iron Man, Thor, Black Panther, Hulk, and Black Widow unite in epic clashes that test alliances and loyalties.
Audiences will be transported across the universe through immersive video projection and cutting-edge special effects, from the fantastical Savage Land to the bustling streets of New York City. Spider-Man’s dynamic aerial stunts and Captain America’s daring motorcycle skills will be showcased in a race against time to save mankind.
“This production creates an experience that immerses families in non-stop action, creating moviestyle thrills and jaw-dropping stunts that showcase the powers of your favorite Super Heroes right before your eyes,” Grossman added.
