I’m used to a busier lifestyle so it was kind of hard to adjust but I cope by just keeping myself busy whether it’s working out or reading. I always find something to do. When I go outside, I always make sure to wear a mask and keep my hands clean.

I’ve realized the importance of hygiene and the impact of situations like this can have on our community and the world. Also the importance of spending time with your family— and especially with yourself. Nowadays, we are too busy with our lives and work that we don’t actually dedicate time to our personal growth.

Sa mga kababayan natin, gawin natin yung hinihingi sa atin na hindi rin naman sobrang hirap. Mag-suot tayo ng mask, mag-linis tayo lagi, isipin din natin ang kapwa at wag tayo maging selfish sa isa’t isa. Dahil sa panahon na ganito, tayo ay dapat nagtutulungan—hindi nagaagawan at awayan.—MG
