You will be surprised how busy Project Pie is. Tables are always full and there is a constant line by the counter. Why are all these people here? It's because Project Pie is a place where you can create your own pizza!
You can start by telling the Restaurant Partners—the staff manning the pizza assembly line—whether you want tomato sauce or just plain old extra virgin olive oil on your pizza. Then, you can start piling up your toppings. Project Pie boasts of 29 different toppings which include different kinds of meat, cheese, and other trimmings. There are seven signature pizzas on the menu, so if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, you can just choose from those to have as is, or build on them to suit your palate. The Classic Cheese Pie is P245, while the rest of the signature pizzas, as well as the customized pizzas, are all a mere P285, no matter how many toppings you pile on.
Highly recommended are the Number 2 (P285) which has Project Pie's signature red sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, Italian sausage, garlic, and crumbled meatballs, and the Number 7 (P285) which has prosciutto, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Project Pie also offers dessert pizzas like the Strawberry Mango Nutella (P195) and the Peanut Butter Nutella (P145).
