Stranger stabs man on chest

I LOILO City – Michael Pateño was walking with friends toward Ledesco Village when three unidentified men approached them.

They talked for a while and, suddenly, one of them stabbed him on the lower left chest, Pateño told the police.

The 21- year- old resident of Barangay Banuyao, La Paz district was taken to the West Visayas State University Medical Center.

After the incident around 11: 30 p. m. on May 20, the suspects fled, said Pateño.

Police were still trying to identify and catch the suspects as of this writing./ PN
