Sta. Clarita not slacking off vs CenterPhil in finals
ILOILO City – Sta. Clarita International School Primes i s not taking CenterPhil Montessori Silver Knights lightly when they face off in the 2017 Iloilo City Invitational Basketball League (Mayor’s Cup – 1st Conference) high school category finals starting today.
The Primes advanced to the best-of-three championship by beating the Sun Yat Sen High School, 99- 86, while the Silver Knights defeated the St. Roberts International Academy, 114-109.
In their lone elimination round encounter on May 25, the Primes scored an 81- 77 victory over the Silver Knights behind the 19-point performance of star guard John Bryan Sajonia.
