ILOILO City – The repair of public market toilets is part of the strategy to attract more market- goers and eventually make business in the markets more vibrant, said Local Economic Enterprise Office (LEEO) chief Ariel Castañeda.
The LEE O is the city government office overseeing the operation of public markets and the slaughterhouse.
Vibrant economic activities in the public markets would mean bigger income for the city government, said Castañeda.
