PNP gears up for pre- SONA ‘NPA attack plot’
MANILA – The Philippine
n rt National Police ( PNP) i s preparing for a possible attack by communist rebels before President Rodrigo Duterte delivers his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 24.
According to PNP chief Director General Ronaldo Dela Rosa, they received information that the New People’s Army ( NPA) was planning assaults i n the Davao region.
