“Teacher supervision is a formative process that focuses primarily on improving instruction” – L. Kalule Y. Bouchamma

COMPUTER education is probably one of the most needed subjects right now since computers are playing vital role in modern life. Computer education has great importance because use of computer has reached almost all spheres of life.

No matter what subject it is, the very key to having good classroom atmosphere is when teachers supervise with kindness, consideration and authority.

This is true since teachers are all supervisors in their respective classrooms. They are the very authority that must be followed inside the four walls so students will have someone they can look forward to. Computer education now is necessary for everyone.

As mentioned above, technology now has expanded enough to take over the world with its inventions and discoveries that are surely helping the people in living a comfortable and simpler life. Since there are a lot of pros and cons that computer technology has.

Teachers must be repeatedly reminded that our roles play a very significant part in making them the person we wanted them to be.

I have learned through my years of teachings that we teachers whatever we do, we must realize that only through effective supervision of our instruction that our school can reinforce and enhance how we teach which must be improved and improved.

This thing helps me understand my job better and actually beyond what it offers. I know that through me or through my help, my students’ future that are at stake. And it helps me to become inspired and motivated and encouraged to shine on my chosen profession. In terms of my computer education class, I supervised it the way a normal person should do.

Of course, the first thing to do is to make your

students realize that you are knowledgeable enough to them what computers are all about and the impacts it bring to mankind. The quality of instruction will follow next, this one will be more on methods like our teachings strategies, how we teach, how we assess the student’s performance and the like.

Likewise, our teaching instruction theme must also be friendly and have the ability to leave learning relationship in its good form.

For example, a good teacher is the one who challenges student to persevere more in learning the lessons.

Remember that youth wants to be guided but they often wanted to explore things on their own – in their own way. Learning comes effective after you see the fruit of your hard work.

Our supervision now as an individual might bring them positive and good results. And thus they will keep it forever until they can apply it in their own way. ( Paid article)
