Using computers in the classroom
BEFORE, there were debates on the integration of technology in the educational system. Things started changing when mankind realized that the technology needs to be embraced.
The use of computers in the classroom brings a lot of positive things. In fact, many schools have started incorporating the use of computers and mobile devices in the classroom to further the academic performance of students.
There are numerous reasons why using computers in the classroom is beneficial.
For one, it enhances the students’ processing skills. The classroom is a good starting point for people to learn how to deal with the world – in this case, the machines. If students learn wordprocessing skills and navigating the internet, they will be prepared later in life to use computers for more complex assignments.

creative since computers can provide them with almost everything they want to know. With visual illustrations on computers, learning is entertaining, fun and easy.
Computers help reduce the amount of textbooks students need to carry every day. E- books ( electronic books) can be saved in computers. Students do not have to carry hard and heavy books.
Teachers may also use computers as modes of instruction. Some teachers use computers with special-needs students to help overcome communication issues.
Computers may be used i n sharing assignments, engaging in various activities, providing real-time communication experience with others regardless of the distance, and enhancing or expanding lessons.
In a broader sense, today’s technology can provide teachers with greater opportunities to bring information to students. This allows educators to prepare students for the future in their personal and professional lives. (
